Reformer rehab is a form of exercise which is designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture and coordination.
Reformer rehab is suitable for anybody, whether you are recovering from a sports injury, suffer low back pain or are just wanting to improve your strength and flexibility.
At Elite Physiotherapy Rachael and Lauren are certified Pilates instructors and conduct both classes and private sessions in our reformer studio.
